Our overall social environment is best for individuals who aren't easily offended and have a good sense of humor, along with a touch of cynicism and self-reflection.

The leadership is willing to help resolve social conflicts, and we ask our members to bring any issues to the officers first, rather than letting them turn into drama.

🔹 We expect all our members to show respect to people they interact with in game both within and outside of the guild.
🔹 Please keep interaction in the common channels in modern English.
🔹 We do not tolerate drama, toxic and elitist behavior within guild in-game and on any social media that is involved with gaming process.
🔹 As a guild, we do not engage in the exchange of game resources or services for real money and do not support such practices. Members representing the guild must refrain from participating in these activities.
🔹 We do not assess the consumption habits of our members in real-life unless they impact social interactions within the guild and affect duality of the game for others. However we do not welcome promotion of conscience-altering consumables, nor do we tolerate any forms of extremism and hate.
🔹 We suggest our members to refrain from developing topics that can be sensitive to some social groups.
🔹 We do not welcome bullying, swearing, disrespect and naming.
🔹 We enjoy having fun conversations, sharing adult-themed references, and occasionally cursing when we're feeling emotional. However, we advise our members to keep things balanced and not go overboard, so that the game and social interactions remain enjoyable for everyone.
🔹 To our new members we recommend to restrain from bantering with people they just met and barely know.

All guild order crafts are governed by our crafting policy. We appreciate everyone's efforts to keep things running smoothly, but consistent violators of the policy will be subjected to removal from the guild.

For customers

🔹 Ensure that a minimum required rank for the craft is established. 
🔹 The minimum crafting fee is 1000 gold. Please discuss any additional crafting condition costs with the crafter. 
🔹 When submitting a crafting order on Discord, be certain to tag only the relevant profession tag. 
🔹 If you are posting for multiple items, please separate them into individual messages to allow for the tagging of the related professions for each order, enabling each order to be marked as complete individually. 
🔹 Upon completion of your crafting order on Discord, please mark it as done by reacting to your request message with the :done: emoji.

For crafters

🔹 Make sure to check out the crafting note.
🔹 Do not pick orders that you can't meet the required conditions.
🔹 If there are no conditions and you can’t craft the order at max rank, always reach out to the customer to see if they're okay with the rank you can manage.  
🔹 If you have any questions or uncertainties, definitely get in touch with the customer to clarify.  
🔹 If have the rank of a guild crafter, you can't ask for more than a 1000 gold fee as the base cost (not counting any extra crafting conditions), but you're also not obliged to take on anything below that 1000 gold fee.  
🔹 Always discuss the cost of any extra crafting conditions with the customer BEFORE you start crafting.  
🔹 Once you've finished the crafted order, be sure to look for the crafting request post on Discord and mark it as done (react to the message with the :done: emoji) if it's there.
